Personally, I do not think that the times have changed much in these three years. However, there have been an increasing number of social networking site users. Social networking sites have become more and more popular over the years, and have garnered many users. Other than the popularity of social networking sites, nothing much has changed.
But I think the way people now use social differs from the past. In 2009, I think social was still quite a new thing to the world. However, it is very common now, and as it is used almost everyday, people tend to use it more openly. For example, posting pictures (explicit or not) and not really minding what they say. This then leads to the rise of cyber bullying.
